After researching over 200 organizations, the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) selected Climb Wyoming as one of eight programs across the country using innovative job training approaches for a report published last week.

IWPR chose the final organizations to highlight based on the support they provide to help women succeed in job training, including child care, transportation, and financial and mental health services.

The report’s authors visited Climb Wyoming’s Cheyenne program to interview program staff. The final report helps inform policy decisions and recognizes Climb as national experts in working with single mothers in poverty.
