CLIMB Wyoming’s Laramie program was established in 2004, and has trained women in office and healthcare careers.
Outcomes
- To date, 144 families have been served through the Laramie program.
- The program has an 89% graduation rate.
- 43% of participants are employed in low-wage jobs prior to joining CLIMB; 73% are employed in higher paying jobs two years after program completion.
- Before joining CLIMB, participants’ average monthly wage income is $1,001.35, after completing CLIMB these women earn an average of $1,735.96.
