ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING

For 35 years, Climb Wyoming has helped low-income single mothers discover self- sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families reach self-sufficiency, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and in the home.

  • Very strategic, analytical, and patient
  • Meticulous in your management of details and accuracy
  • Experienced in the synthesis, analysis, and application of data and information
  • Curious and intuitive and can spot connections in a complex relational database
  • Extremely organized to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
  • Effective at working both collaboratively within a team and independently on individual tasks
  • Highly motivated and comfortable initiating projects
  • A great problem-solver and take the initiative to learn and explore

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in Raiser’s Edge, or a similar relational database is preferred

  • Reports to the Statewide Advancement and Database Coordinator
  • Full-time 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $40,000-$47,000 plus benefits
