Career Opportunity: Casper Assistant Program Director
Climb Wyoming is offering an exciting opportunity for a relationship builder and collaborator to join our Casper team. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering others and has strong administrative skills. In addition to working directly with our participants, this position will drive team systems and processes and manage the site’s fiscal and data reporting. You’ll be part of a positive and rewarding workplace where people are valued, trusted, and supported.
ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING
Since 1986, Climb Wyoming has helped low-income single mothers discover self-sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families reach self-sufficiency, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and in the home.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Respect and compassion for vulnerable populations
- Experience working with low-income families is helpful
MORE DETAILS
- Reports to the Casper Program Director
- Full-time, 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 with benefits
