Career Opportunity: Sweetwater Area Assistant Program Director

Climb Wyoming is offering an exciting opportunity for a strong relationship builder and collaborator to join our Sweetwater Area team. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering others and has strong administrative skills. In addition to working directly with our participants, this position will drive team systems and processes and manage the site’s fiscal and data reporting. ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING

For more than 35 years, Climb Wyoming has helped low-income single mothers discover self-sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families reach self-sufficiency, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and in the home.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Respect and compassion for vulnerable populations
  • Experience working with low-income families is helpful

MORE DETAILS

  • Reports to the Sweetwater Area Program Director
  • Full-time, 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $50,000-$55,000 with benefits
