Climb graduates in Casper are making positive changes in the community’s workforce. For both our Medical Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) trainings, the moms are bravely launching healthcare careers during this difficult time. They’ve really stepped up and said, ‘We want to do this and help people who are vulnerable.’ Job placements reflect the wide variety of medical positions needed in Casper, with moms working in pediatrics, medical imaging, dermatology, and behavioral health services. These jobs have brought Casper families much-needed financial stability and hope for the future.

“You can’t open new doors with old keys. We have the tools now to move our lives forward and make change.”
