The moms are now at work in essential transportation jobs driving school buses, delivery vehicles, and more. Kendra , a recent Commercial Driving (CDL) graduate, is now a driver for Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies.

Graduates from Climb’s recent Medical Office Careers program in Casper are positively impacting the medical community during a healthcare crisis. Climb provided the 12 participants with laptops, help accessing internet service, and IT support so that they could participate in the training and connect with each other virtually. Online mock interviews brought in several professionals to practice and provide feedback, and a virtual simulator allowed the moms to practice medical terminology live with an instructor.
