“The Climb program enriched my life on so many levels. I gained educational skills that have helped me get my foot in the door in the medical world. But the experience as a whole had such a greater impact on me. You work on your mind and spirit and learn things about yourself you wouldn’t have otherwise.”

-Crystal, Medical Office Careers Graduate

The participants in Climb’s recent Laramie Medical Office Careers training worked together to build strong muscles for work readiness. Their online training included simulated medical charting and scheduling that allowed them to practice workplace scenarios and prepare for fast-paced jobs in a variety of medical settings. The women cheered each other on and found great support as a group of single moms wanting to provide the best for their children. They are now in job placements that really fit each individual’s strengths and interests while filling critical workforce shortages in Laramie.
