“Before Climb, some of the women in this group said they felt stuck and hopeless. Many weren’t working and had really struggled to find career success. Life was just really hard and chaotic. At Climb, their voices developed and their confidence built up so they could advocate for themselves and their families.
Our commencement happened during a tornado warning in Laramie, but we still had a full house arrive to support the moms, including mock interviewers, life skills speakers, trainers, family and friends. The fact that so many people were there says a lot about how much our community believes in these moms. It showed the women that their hard work is recognized and valued.”
